Hercules Hydrogen On Demand Generator Systems
The H2 Pure Power Inc.’s HERCULES Hydrogen On-Demand Generator Systems are comprised of a generator and a bubbler reservoir. The system is flexible enough to enable one or more generators to be combined with one or more bubblers. The Hercules comes in 4 sizes to fit all the different sized engines. The generator contains a series of Athena Armor Technology treated plates with a special configuration of positive, negative and neutral plates. The plates are 316L Stainless Steel and the 4 step treatment process makes them diamond hard. They are long lasting and also do not dissolve or deteriorate making for a higher grade of hydrogen.
The generator is wired with the positive taken from the battery of the vehicle for the current needed to produce electrolysis. The electrolysis is composed of distilled water and a minute amount of potassium hydroxide that conducts with the proprietary plates producing hydrogen and oxygen. The hydrogen is in a foamy state as it comes out of the generators and goes into the Bubbler to define the hydrogen/oxygen into defined bubbles of gas which is fed out through fuel line tubing into the air intake system of the vehicle. The system utilizes a very powerful check valve for safety. It is engineered for the aeronautical industry and is used on airplanes. It is one of the safest in the industry. The one-way check valve is installed just before the air-intake so that no spark will travel through the line containing hydrogen gas.
The systems have advanced electronics which allow them to be adapted to vehicles. A circuit breaker, a heavy-duty relay, a pulsewidth modulator with an a PWM electronics module, a toggle switch, and the one-way check valve are all included. H2 Pure Power partnered with a company that engineered high performance chips to engineer a chip to allow the hydrogen gas to mix with the air/fuel ratio of the vehicle’s computer. The chip is specific to each vehicle motor type by the year, make, model and engine. The "Hero Chip" overrides the OBD (On-Board Diagnostic) System and allows the hydrogen to mix with the fossil fuel without triggering the vehicle's computer control algorithms for altering the Air Fuel Ratio (AFR). The OBD Module is easily wired in behind the OBD port and reverts back to the original program if the hydrogen is not being utilized.

Limited Warranty
Your H2 Pure Power Hydrogen Generator kit comes with a Three year guarantee only on broken or otherwise defective generator, bubbler, and plates. In the case the components are damaged, cracked or leak, return the H2 Pure Power hydrogen parts and HP Pure Power will replace the damaged parts. Call the company and talk to a technician before returning the parts. If the unit cannot be repaired, the company will send the new parts with a return label to return the damaged parts to the company.
H2 Pure Power Inc. makes no warrantee, and buyer assumes all liability. Success of the H2 Pure Power Hydrogen System kit is dependent on many factors such as installation, driver’s driving habits, type of engine and even colder climates. Many times, the vehicle needs to be driven for about a month until the engine is cleaned and able to utilize the hydrogen at the optimum. Many times the engine has to be fine tuned after being driven for some weeks. Return to your installing mechanic for the fine-tuning. H2 Pure Power will not pay for the installation of the replacements. It is a simple thing to remove the wires from the Generator and Reservoir and replace them. The process should take about 15 minutes. If you cannot figure out how to replace them, you will need to pay a mechanic to do the switch. We will try to suggest a mechanic in your area.
