Combat Rising Fuel Costs

New Truck Rules for the Road
Emissions standards continue to get tougher. Starting in 2012, California Air Resource Board (CARB) will introduce new emission standards for trucks.
In 2014, California will not allow trucks to enter the state if the vehicle does not meet CARB emission standards. Aftermarket products to reduce emissions can cost as much as $20,000 per vehicle. Costs of goods are going up because the trucking industry is suffering and has to pass these costs on to consumers.
